Create an above alert for the given coin identified by .
The above alert is triggered if the coin's rate is above the absolute . Above alerts are only triggered once.

/below
Create a below alert for the given coin identified by .
The below alert is triggered if the coin's rate is below the absolute . Below alerts are only triggered once.

/spike
Create a spike alert for the given coin identified by .
The spike alert is triggered if the coin's rate changed by a percentage of during the last 15 minutes.
Value must be provided as a float e.g. 0.1 for 10%.

List all your alerts.

List currently supported coins.
